To achieve these record sales, their team oversees whatever it takes to get the property in its best showing condition, which includes coordinating licensed contractors for painting, flooring, ceiling fans, lighting, electricians, plumbers, and finish carpenters. They handle getting estimates, coordinating donations, removing dated furniture and unwanted personal items, deep cleaning, shopping for staging items, and personally staging the condo for the final touches—including hanging wall art and professional photography—all before listing it on the MLS/internet.
