Initial Consultation With Agent

Whether by phone, video conference, or in person, our first meeting will be dedicated to getting to know you and your needs. We will help distill your desired amenities, budget, timelines, planned use for the home, and lifestyle into an action plan.

During this meeting, we will also introduce you to our company disclosures of important things to consider during the process, as well as our Buyer-Broker Agreement.

Refine Criteria and Monitor the Market

During the time between the initial consultation and your first showings, we will review listings and community information and initiate

automatic email alerts to keep you instantly informed when new homes hit the market.

Sign Buyer–Broker Agreement

Before entering an MLS participating property we are required to formalize our business relationship through a Buyer-Broker Agreement. This assists with explaining the agent’s role, services, fees, and fiduciary or statutory duties to the buyer.

Schedule Your Showings

We coordinate the best viewing routes for optimal time efficiency, the best showing order for easy comparisons, and organize availability and access details with all listing agents. A lot goes into setting up a day of showings, and we handle it all so you can focus on making the best decision for you and your family.

Guide You Through Neighborhoods

Schedule Inspections and Request Appropriate Repairs

We help you choose a quality inspection company with a proven track record inspecting homes in Naples. Then we discuss an inspection strategy, navigate the analysis of results, and negotiate for any necessary repairs.

Ensure All Contractual Obligations Are Met as We Progress Toward Closing

Our multi-page sales contracts lay out all the buyer’s obligations and necessary actions to consummate the purchase. In tandem with your closing attorney, we help you stay on track every step of the way to ensure that you are able to walk into your new home on closing day.
