Originally from Morristown, NJ, Mary Lynne attended college in the Midwest and raised her family in the Baltimore Washington area.  For the last 6 years, Mary Lynne has lived in Naples with her husband and her scope reaches back 30 years since coming to Naples with her parents in 1990. 

With 25+ years experience having trained dozens of other realtors, leading a successful team, and setting sales records in multiple markets, Mary Lynne has the skills to help both sellers and buyers of all kinds. Mary Lynne is a good listener and executor. She understands that her clients' time is valuable and she is prepared to achieve their wishes quickly and efficiently. 

Mary Lynne's love of homes started in the 1980s when she worked for the President of the Washington DC Chapter of the American Society of Interior Designers. Her role as an interior designer expanded to an impressive clientele including the White House, State Department, several embassies, and senator's homes. Later Mary Lynne founded Yellow Door Designs affording her entre to some of the most beautiful homes around the country. This environment enhanced her customer service skills and an elevated understanding of homes. 

Married for 35 years and with two grown children, Mary Lynne embraces all that the Naple’s lifestyle has to offer. You can often find her riding her bike to Venetian Village and Pelican Bay, kayaking out on the Moorings Bay, or playing golf with her husband at the Moorings Country Club. She is involved with various outreach programs at St. Ann Catholic Church and other local Naples charities. Mary Lynne serves as the Vice President of the St Ann Council of Catholic Women and is the 2026 Chairwoman of the fashion show benefitting local charities like Wounded Homes of Collier and STARability. With a degree in Political Science and Economics from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, Mary Lynne has a keen interest in pricing homes and watching the market. She is serious about assessing home values and knows the importance of understanding the micro market of Naples. Mary Lynne also holds a certificate in Government Affairs from The American University in Washington, DC and an Interior Design degree from Maryland Institute College of Art.
