Marybeth started working in the real estate industry at just 14 years old at her father's brokerage in Pennsylvania. She developed a foundational expertise in the commercial, industrial, and investment sectors, working closely in property management and representing several banks through the REO process. Together, they assisted institutions in purchasing investment real estate, rehabilitation, and bringing properties back to the marketplace.

After taking seven years to raise her two children, she re-entered the industry in the residential arena, mastering that side of the business. Today, she continues to enjoy both the residential and commercial real estate sales and leasing industries.

Her career reached a national scale while performing site selection for a large franchise chain. She was eventually hired as the Real Estate Manager for that franchise, spending 3.5 years representing the company and its franchisees in new site acquisition, relocations, and lease renewal negotiations across the United States and Canada.

Upon leaving that role, she opened her own brokerage specializing in commercial and residential sales and leasing, property management, consulting, and corporate and franchise site selection. Currently, she is licensed in seven states, owns and operates two real estate offices in Pennsylvania, and is one of two partners in a title insurance company.
