Paula relocated from Boston, MA, to Naples, FL, in 1989 to assist in the development and sales of the luxury beachfront condos in Naples Cay, a 24/7 gated, luxury beachfront community nestled between Park Shore and Pelican Bay.

She and her partners, April Hoover and Jim McGinn, are The Naples Cay Experts. They have achieved record sales in numerous beachfront buildings and hold the record price per square foot ($/sf) sale ever recorded in MLS on Gulf Shore Blvd. with the sale of a $14.6M condo sold at $2,518/sf. As the original “Naples Cay Expert,” she and her partners know every building, rule, and individual condo intimately, having been involved in many of the original sales.

She and her partners also represent buyers who want experienced agents who know the luxury beachfront condo market in Naples Cay, Park Shore, The Moorings, Pelican Bay, and Vanderbilt Beach. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, who often visit Southwest Florida from the Northeast.
